Congratulations to Liliana on 20 Years of Dedicated Service!
Time truly flies when you're doing what you love — and for Liliana, the past 20 years with the City of Baytown have been filled with purpose, growth, and meaningful relationships.
Over the last two decades, Liliana has been a steady and dedicated presence in the Police Department’s Property Room, where she’s witnessed and contributed to significant changes. One of her proudest accomplishments was planning and executing the massive undertaking of moving all evidence into the department’s new facility — a challenge she tackled with strength, precision, and the support of her incredible team.
Motivated by her faith and guided by Colossians 3:23–24, Liliana brings her best to every task. She describes her coworkers not just as colleagues, but as family — and it’s that deep sense of connection and commitment that has made her such a valuable part of the Baytown team.
Outside of work, Liliana continues her service through ministry at Central Baptist Church, where her husband, Rumualdo, serves as pastor. Together, they are raising three wonderful children: Marissa (17), Malacai (13), and Marcus (10).
