Background
The commercial development of properties in the immediate area to the subject properties and rezoning requests nearby gave way to the Planning Department reassessing the E Wallisville RD corridor, between its intersections at N Main Street and Sjolanders. The conclusion of staff’s assessment is the need to amend the FLUM to be more consistent with the current and future development trends and development along this corridor.
