For her project, Tori looked at the process employees go through when they need to change their name in the various City systems and records. As she Defined, Measured, and used a Fishbone Diagram to Analyze the situation, she noticed that name change requests come in through a variety of methods and are initially received by different departments causing errors, re-work and additional time to complete the request. What a great place to start looking for ways to make this process more efficient! 😊
