Congratulations to Margaret Vargas for completing her Green Belt Project!
For her project, Margaret looked at how many liability waivers were submitted by outside agencies requesting to use the Fire Training Field. After she Defined and Measured the issue, Margaret used a Spaghetti Diagram to help her Analyze what was happening. She found out that by ensuring the information was initially input correctly, the amount of movement required later on to finish the waiver was greatly reduced. What a great chance to find ways to make the process better and more organized for everyone.
