The applicant is proposing the annexation of approximately 5.86 acres of land in Harris County, Texas, being the entire width of John Martin Road right-of-way beginning 3,508.89 feet south of IH-10 (edge of current city limits) and extending south approximately 4,235.55 feet to the West Cedar Bayou Lynchburg Road right-of-way.
