  2. Zoning Map Amendment to the official zoning map to rezone approximately 18.95 acres from Open space/recreation (OR) to Light Industrial (LI) zoning district.

Background

The applicant has requested to be annexed into Baytown city limits and be zoned Light Industrial (LI). The area will serve as an expansion to the Port 10 development and be used as a business park for industrial development.
