For her project, Lamyaa looked into how Development Agreements are reviewed along with permits. As she Defined, Measured, and Analyzed the issue using a Fishbone Diagram, she noticed there was a delay and additional staff time being spent researching these . What a great opportunity to explore additional improvements that could reduce this research time and enhance efficiency for everyone!
