Congratulations to Jai Daniel from Parks & Recreation for completing his Green Belt!
For his project, Jai looked into how the grass is currently cut along Spur 330 and Highway 146. As he Defined, Measured, and Analyzed the issue using a Spaghetti Diagram, he noticed there was excessive motion and repetitive movement of personnel. What a great opportunity to explore additional improvements that could reduce this time and motion and enhance efficiency for everyone
