It’s too late for spring cleaning, but it’s not a bummer because we have a way to get rid of it in the summer. Join us Saturday, June 8 for our popular Household Hazardous Waste event. Show up at 1200 Lee Drive between 9am-2pm to get rid of the items on this approved list. Participants must remain in their vehicles.

Antifreeze
Gasoline
Fuels
Household Cleaners
Pool Chemicals
Car Batteries
Paint Products (up to 5 gallon containers)
Pesticides
Fertilizers
Motor Oil
Filters
Tires (4 per vehicle)
Old Furniture
Scrap Metal
Building Materials
Brush/Tree Limbs
Items Not Accepted
No Appliances
No Large Electronics or Radios
No Medical/Biohazard Waste
No Lawn Equipment
No Vacuum Cleaners
No CRT TVs larger than 36 inches
This should not to be confused with a community clean up at Lakewood Plaza. Let’s erase the waste to create space in your place!
