Successful Food Distribution Event
- About 1,000 warm meals were delivered to residents.
- Thanks to all of our partners for helping our community recover.
CenterPoint Power Restoration
- More power restored to residents over the weekend.
- 10% of Baytown is still without power.
- We are aware of the power outage locations and are communicating that to CenterPoint.
- Stay away from trees wrapped around powerlines.
Cooling Center Options
- Red Cross Support Center located inside San Jacinto Christian Church at 710 Alamo Street. Currently open and offers a place to sleep and receive a warm meal.
- Sterling Municipal Library is open regular hours.
Debris Collection Continues
- Separate your debris into separate piles for household trash and recycling, appliances and furniture, construction debris, and vegetative debris. Debris should be sorted and placed on your curb without blocking roadways, storm drains, or sidewalks.
- City crews and contractors will be picking up debris in each pickup zone multiple times.
Green Center Open
- Another option for your debris is the Green Center.
- Fees have been waived until further notice.
- Open 6am-6pm, seven days a week.

Utility Fees Waived
- Utility Services is waiving late fees and delinquent fees for July billing cycle.
Mosquito Spraying
- Spraying continues in each zone.
- Check the City’s spray schedule, dependent on weather conditions.

- Eddie V. Gray Wetlands Center
