Come join us for the final Market at Town Square in 2024, while learning about the exciting changes in 2025!
The City of Baytown’s Parks and Recreation Department remains focused on bringing you the best local shopping experience in the state with the Market at Town Square. Beginning in 2025, the market will change from a monthly market to a seasonal market, with three in the spring and three in the fall.
Kyle Frye, Recreation Superintendent, said, “This will make the market more exclusive and will avoid the hottest and coldest weather in Baytown, creating a more comfortable experience for both attendees and vendors.”
The markets will be held in March, April, May, September, October, and November.
However, before we get to 2025, we have one final market of 2024 on November 16. Join us for the best local handmade crafts, while eating at the nearby restaurants or food trucks. Our Parks and Recreation team will have fun games and activities for all ages to enjoy. Also, bring your best pumpkin pie recipe with you because there will be a pumpkin pie baking contest, with adult and kid competitions. Winners will receive a blue ribbon and tickets to this year’s Holiday Hangout.
Robyn Howell, Special Events and Program Coordinator, said, “It's going to be a fantastic market! With a large crowd expected, the holiday gift selection will surely be a hit.”
She added, “The pumpkin pie competition is a fun highlight, and offering Holiday Hangout tickets as prizes adds extra excitement. Plus, the carnival games will definitely keep the kids entertained and contribute to the festive vibe.”
We will see you on November 16 at Town Square from 10am-2pm and for more information about 2025’s schedule, visit baytown.org/954.
