Sam’s Club Announced as Major Tenant for San Jacinto Marketplace

Baytown’s highly anticipated San Jacinto Marketplace is taking a big step forward with the announcement of one of its first major tenants.

After months of anticipation, the City of Baytown and Fidelis Partners, LLC are excited to share that popular wholesale retailer, Sam’s Club, will be part of the new development off of Garth Road. This marks a significant milestone in the transformation of the area, which is set to bring new shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities to the community.

Mayor Charles Johnson said, “This is a significant win for the City of Baytown. Residents have been asking for this store and now they are getting it, but remember this is just the beginning. We hope to have more names soon, but it’s time to get excited Baytown because the San Jacinto Marketplace is coming to life.”

More details about the store will be released in the future, but we have been told that the 169,570-square-foot store will provide a new and more modern shopping experience compared to other locations. More tenant announcements are expected next month as the vision for San Jacinto Marketplace continues to take shape.
