Baytown Animal Services is located at: 705 N. Robert Lanier Dr., Baytown, TX 77521

All participants will need to sign a liability waiver that will be sent via email after your program is scheduled. Waivers can be returned on the day of your outreach event.

Allow up to 3 to 4 business days to process requests.

We can conduct outreach programs onsite at our facility or at your specified location. With the program of your choice, we may also bring along animals (cats/dogs) within our care for enrichment purposes. Our group capacity for each session held at our facility is 20 people total, including adults and children. 

If you would like to have back to back or multiple date sessions to accommodate your group, please indicate your additional dates and times in the Additional Information question at the end of the form. 

After you Submit this form:

1. Email Gabrielle Hubbard to verify completion of your Outreach Program Request Form. 
2. The Outreach Supervisor will review your completed form.
3. You will receive an email confirming your form has been viewed along with a confirmed event date and time.
